  1. Note nearly detailed enough

    I have not received the book yet.
    The online version was average, it didn't really help me as it basically just tells you to slowly cut out sugar. Most people who buy it have tried this and were looking for something more concrete and substantial. A weekly plan as to exactly what to do would have been far more benefical.

    I haven't received the book yet so hard to comment on the value of the pack. The digital part of this pack was good information but lacked the content I guess I thought it would have i.e recipes and I guess I will get that when the hard copy arrives.

    I am looking forward to giving up sugar myself as I have registered for the program.


  3. Having both is unnecessary

    I have really enjoyed the 8-week-program and reading all the information Sarah has provided about the impact of sugar. Both books are so well written, but the digital 8 Week Program book is an abridged version of the print I Quit Sugar book. The print copy has all the same information in it, plus more, and it has recipes, which the digital copy doesn't. I would recommend one or the other, but not necessarily both, unless you like the digital access to the book without lugging the hard copy around with you. However, the value for money is great. I definitely recommend Sarah's program, no matter how you choose to access it.
