With some of our main IQS philosophies based around the idea of nutrient-dense and simple-to-prepare food (not to mention the whole no added fructose thing) this book was the perfect way to showcase one of everyone's favourites... smoothies!
Loaded with 35 nutritious green smoothies to help you cleanses the body, reduce bloating, shed those extra kilos and kick start your day, whether you're a smoothie aficionado or a total novice this book covers all the bases. With personal tips from Sarah Wilson as well as contributions from smoothie fanatics and wellness authors (like Joe Cross, Tess Masters and Lauren Slayton) this book will be an investment in your health and wellbeing.
“I'm a huge green smoothie fan. They’re a really effective way to get dense nutrition into our bodies, and when you're trying to eat 6-7 cups of veggies every day, drinking an I Quit Sugar smoothie ensures you get 2-3 serves of the good stuff in a single hit. I make my own with ease and tote them daily in old jars and reusable canisters.”
"I love the Clean n' Green smoothies ebook - its got loads of fresh and most importantly tasty ideas, they're so good i've even turned my housemate into a green smoothie nerd!" Lola Berry (nutritionist)
"I'm absolutely loving the Green smoothie recipe ideas in the I Quit Sugar Green Smoothie ebook! For the past year, I've been having a green smoothie almost every day but the combinations of different, fresh, healthy ingredients in the ebook have added so much variety and many new flavour combos to my morning smoothie! Such a healthy, nutritious start to the day! :)" Rebecca Gawthorne (nutritionist and dietician).

Great ingredient combos. My 5 year old daughter is even enjoying all her tasty green smoothies (she hates vegetables). Thanks for the great inspirations,

I'm doing the 8WP at the moment so unfortunately i can't try ALL the smoothies and breakfast bowls I'd like, but so far the ones I've tried [and can have on the 8WP] have been delicious! It's nice to try something different than my usual fruit-packed smoothie =)
The info at the beginning of the book is super handy! Well worth the read.

I like the book but was disappointed as I originally downloaded book onto our family ipad for ease of use. After reading several receipes I went to download onto my iPhone so I could have list of ingredients to hand whilst at shops. Was within agreed 7 day download allowance but site did not allow :(. I don't know if/how to get it off iPad and onto iPhone but pref is for both

Loved the smoothie book, lots of interesting combos and ideas for the 5 week no fruit phase of the IQS programme which are helping to change my taste buds from needing 2x frozen bananas in my green smoothies!
Loving the smoothie bowls the best and gradually getting used to not being fearful of amping up the avocado ad nut content of my morning smoothie. Enjoying trying the frozen coconut milk cubes and the other awesome ideas spaced throughout.
Awesome and informative intro and explaination about why we need fat to absorb the vitamins from the greens.
Easy to read, step by step, gorgeous photography and just super fun to use and nail the perfect smoothie!

Fantastic ideas for breakfast, I took a bottle of the Green Imunity Blend to work to drink through out the day, its more satisfying that any snack! I think a Strawberry Daiquiri is on the menu for tomorrow morning, what a great way to start the weekend :)
