What Sarah says:
“In my travels, I think I'm asked at every turn, by journalists or at public talks I give, what I eat for breakfast. I think it stumps a great many people how you can eat breakfast without sugar. Which is fair enough. Of all the meals in the day, breakfast is the most laden with crappy white stuff: cheap carbs and sugar. So how do I eat a good breakfast? I switch to a savoury state of mind, I eat veggies, I #JERF, I eat leftovers and I eat for my gut.”

Lots of unique ideas for breakfast with vegetables and protein as a focus. Love the savoury recipes.
The E-Book format is fine, and not too many ingredients you have to hunt down!

I was expecting more. Bought the printed kid's cookbook. Can't wait for it to come in the mail and ordered this digital ebook. If you're going to buy only one cookbook while quoting sugar, this is not the one. I really hate digital ebook, I'm still old school and got it printed at last

I love breakfast! This has heaps of great ideas that are also easily doable for lunches. I look forward to trying out lots of the recipes on my young kids as we already try and eat IQS style as much as possible. I only wish it came in print as i love to flick through books and remind myself of all the great recipes.

There are so many amazing breakfast ideas in this e-book, actually make that also lunch and snack ideas......I could even stretch some out to dinner. Not a great fan of e-books but thought I would give it a go as I am a huge I Quit Sugar Team fan. They have not let me down.

I have a digital book which is really bad for me - I needed 1 recipe from this book and now I cannot find it! Digital and my kitchen don't go well. Very disappointed that I didn't realise it was a digital book. I will write out the recipe I need by hand.

I bought this ebook after reading the reviews, including one very negative one, and am so pleased I did. I'd like to address the points from the negative review. Firstly the recipes are no more complex than Sarah's teams usual. Yes you need to shop and yes there is some cooking required, but no more than for any recipe. I've made several new-to-me recipes so far and all have been delicious and somewhat surprising, that breakfast can include so much more veggie content than I'm used to and both me and my husband really enjoy it. We are foodies and more than a little fussy about flavour and this cookbook has improved our breakfasts no end. I suggest you buy it now.

Easily prepared healthy breakfasts. Some require things I can't get in the bush, but most are pretty bloody good.

I think this cookbook is awesome. Dont know why people complain about it as the I quit sugar team have done all the hard work for us. I love all the recipes in it and cant wait to cook each one. I am planning on getting all of Sarah's cook books as we are enjoying eating all the good food. Hubby and i also love the 8 week program and have done it twice. No need to think about whst you're having for dinner each night. Keep up the good work Sarah and crew
