    It was a huge dissappointment to find out this are not simple recipes. You need extravagant ingredients. Too much prep. I fell robbed :( wish I could have my money back to buy something I would actually use. Also but the kids cookbook and the smoothies one, same thing.

    I have all of Sarah's books (ebook and hard cover). The brekkie book is up there with the best - the Slowcooker ebook and One Pot Wonders and I Quit Sugar for Life and Simplicious... Heck, they're all rippers!

    This little book of breakfast ideas is just great. Working away from home every week it helped me plan breakfast for my week ahead and I always have a very healthy and sugar free breakfast now which is easy to get ready and enjoy. Thank you Sarah for a great book.

    Having been converted to savoury breakfasts during the last round of the 8 week program I was so excited to see that the IQS team had put together a cookbook devoted to breakfast! It's packed full of delicious ideas for making sure you get a good dose of veggies with your first meal of the day. It also has some great 'Sunday cook up' recipes to save time during the week. There are also plenty of recipes which are super quick to make in the morning and tote-able. I highly recommend this book for making your morning meal a lot more interesting.
