    I liked this eplan as it gave me something to read before my books arrived. It is basically the plan in I Quit Sugar book. I read through it and then promptly forgot all about it! The books I ordered with this 8 week eplan (I Quit Sugar and I Quit Sugar for Life) came within a week of ordering. To save money I recommend you buy these two books and forget the eplan. Unless you want to get started right away as soon as you order. But the books are a great read and together they have enough recipes that everyday people would want to eat to get you set to quit sugar from your life.

    I love this book. It really explains with easy-to-understand graphic that makes me stay motivated. Great tips and very friendly. I would actually love the book to have a little more on carbohydrates. They explain everything there is about vegetables, fat and of course sugar but I would love to understand how these fit in the diet. I still love the book though!

    A great, easy to read, easy to understand ebook. I've read bits and pieces of the IQS info over the last couple of years but I'm glad I paid for the ebook to have it all in once place - and easily accessible on my iPad.

    Really fantastic easy to follow e.book. Great outline and very educational as well. Well researched. Think the 8week cut down plan is realistic and totally achievable. Super !!! I have Sarah 1st edition I quit sugar. Great book. Plan on buying simplicious also. Full of fabulous tips recipes. Keep you motivated. And on track. In conjunction with the 8week guide. All set to lead the path of living a sugar free lifestyle. Very exciting. And Thankyou Sarah you are an inspiration. !!!

    I did learn a lot about sugar and where its hidden but wish I had read the instructions clearer that is didn't include recipes as I would not have purchased this and spent the money on now signing up to the program!

    I habe yet to embark on my own sugar free lifestyle but I love her approach to breaking it down week by week. I was hoping for a little more guidance and instruction for each phase but I felt like she did a good job of explaining the "why's" behind sugar addiction. Can't wait to try it :)

    I really wanted to sign up for the 8 week challenge but unfortunately I missed the cut off date so I purchased the guide in lieu of that. The information was helpful but I was a little disappointed in that I felt most of the information was covered in some form on the website. There were less recipes that I thought there would be so in hindsight I should have just purchased the recipe book.

    I very much enjoyed this book, and find it helpful! I wasn't able to join the program tis time around, and so I wanted some guidance to do it on my own. I already eat healthy, so I'm fine with the fact that there are no recipes. I just wanted to see if quitting sugar is something thats good for me, and this is was I'm trying to figure out with the help of IQS. My mom is in it with me also :)
