Not really quitting sugar when you allow fruit etc
Most of the recipes were not for me, will give it some more thought after I have read thru it again and got my head around it better. Have taken some ideas out of the book but not right into it yet

This is a fabulous book. Highly recommend buying both I Quit Sugar and I Quit Sugar for life together as I did as I found together both these books give an overall coverage of everything you need to quit sugar in your life and the two books of recipes cover all things food everyday people would eat. Highly recommend.

This book is so easy to read and understand. I love the way it is set out, makes it a joy to read and you want to get started straight away! I am now the proud owner of all 3 books and am a convert, will be preaching far and wide so family and friends beware

this book is easy to read and follow, with realistic ways to cut out sugar from your diet. it also gives and excellent insight on how to make a habit rather then a fad diet

I really enjoy these lines of books...and thinking. Easy to use recipes that can be changed to your liking as well as some science/explanation behind it. Love it!
