The Pork was very rich, I used two large lemons (homegrown), so might halve the amount when I make it again. Had with mashed potato the first night, I thought it worked better with rice the next night. Would also make a great & unusual pie filling.
The Choc brownies, also rich. First time I had with lactose free cream, found it not sweet enough. Reheated and had with Soy Icecream the last two nights and finding that Yum!

I bought this cookbook as I'm about to have my second child and I thought slow cooking meals in bulk might be the best way to make sure we eat well when we are busy and sleep deprived. I've already tried a few of the recipes and love them - the chicken and cannelloni bean soup is amazing, and the Hungarian Goulash is already a favourite. I've used a slow cooker for years so it is great to have a new batch of recipes to try out, and even better that they are sugar free.

This book has informative information with straight forward easy recipes that work. The ingredients are easily accessible using fresh ingredients.
Great ideas along with lots of uses for not only fresh food but great uses for left over meats.
I downloaded the book last week end and have cooked 5 recipes already. Never used my Slow Cooker so much! So easy. Wish it was hard copy not e book

Recipes are all great and very easy however a hard copy book would have been much more convenient for me.

I was unable to download to my IPad, it directed me to complete the process using Bump, this was not successful. I was then forced to download the PDF to my desktop PC so I can print the recipes off. This is not ideal as I use my IPad in the kitchen when I'm cooking, it also doesn't allow the additional functionality like creating a shopping list. This was a disappointing result.
