    Its a great book with lots of really useful info and great shopping tips. AWESOME recipes. Some are made out to be way more flavour-full than they actually are - so a bit of a let down - but a really cool book. Would have WAY preferred a hard copy option for this. Great idea and lots of good info in the book - not as good as the IQS Book and the IQS For Life though - but still good!
    My internet connection was not the best (I live in Africa) and so it was really hard to download just the PDF Version. Would be cool to have a zipped/compressed version emailed or a Dropbox version where the download doesnt expire within 7 days.

    I am both a slow cooker and a Sarah fan so was excited for this one! So far have done the Thai Pumpkin Soup, Chicken with Fennel and Leek, Asian Beef Cheeks, Cinnamon Beef Cheeks, Vietnamese Chicken Curry (which is my favourite) and the muesli slice. All were yummy and easy. The broth from the chicken dish was a meal in itself for the next night. Always leftovers to freeze and so tasty. Love the bits at the front of the book and the photos. Thanks !!!
