You asked, and we delivered! This new and updated print version of the I Quit Sugar Kids Cookbook was developed specifically for all of the health-conscious mums and dads out there. With more than 85 recipes containing minimal fructose, you'll ensure your kids enjoy yummy, nutrient-dense food without that crazy sugar high (and low) afterwards! These clever and fun recipes focus on the two things all parents' love the most: convenience and simplicity!
Not only will you find heaps of clever ways to get the kids interested in cooking (and even growing) their own food from scratch, but the book also contains expert and advice and tips for feeding your kids nutrient-dense meals without all the added fuss! Cauliflower pizza, anyone?
"Eating sugar free is about abundance and 'crowding out'. It's not about banning 'bad' foods, but instead focusing on filling your kids' plates with so much yummy (and nutritious) food that there simply isn't enough room left for the sugary stuff. It's about eating less ingredients and packet free and perhaps, most importantly... eating sugar free is about being gentle and kind. We don't do harsh edicts. We make this fun and positive. We ease our kids into this, encouraging good habits."
"Totally worth it! I love the recipes and my kids call it their "food book". A great mix of familiar and new flavours, found it an excellent tool when teaching my kids food choices." - Amanda
"It's often hard to be creative in the kitchen and get our children to eat a balanced diet. I for one appreciate variation and creativity in my diet and I'm an adult! Thanks Sarah for your new recipe book for kids - as a mum of two littles, I appreciate all the sugar free help I can get!" - Jamie

I borrowed this book from our local library initially as I am trying to get my kids on board the 'No Sugar train' as well. They loved the recipes, especially the fluffy raspberry muffins and the GF choc chip cookies, and I loved how they were all recipes which not only appealed to my children, but used basic ingredients which I already have.
My kids were disappointed when I had to return the book to the library and wanted me to borrow it again, but there was a big waitlist for it. I decided to order our own copy and have put it away to give to them for a Christmas surprise ;) I know this is a gift they are going to love!

The kids and myself loved it. We have made about 4 or 5 recipes in already. More to come on the weekend.
I showed my neighbors and she loves it too. We are going to have a cooking day.

I showed my fussy daughter recipes out of the kids cookbook and let her pick which ones she would like us to make together. She picked some really good recipes. I can't wait to start making food with her. It's going to be comforting to know she isn't stocking up on unnecessary sugars and poisoning her system. Being that she also has nut allergies your substitutions pages are brilliant and relieving. I can make the same substitutions in my other I Quit Sugar cookbook for family meals. Thank you for bringing I Quit Sugar to our lives.

Myself and the family enjoyed looking through the book, beautifully presented. We have 2 very fussy eaters, a 3 year old and a 5 year old, I can see that there is a couple of recipes we might just sneak to them. The first recipe I will try is the Cheesey cauli sauce and the second I will try is the icy blocks.
More hard books would be great.
