  1. One of my favourite recipe books

    I am so pleased that I downloaded this book. I am in the process of working through all the recipes and each one has been wonderful. In fact, these are the only recipes I am using.

    Quite often you purchase a recipe book and then find you are disappointed but not with this one. Each recipe is easy to make and delicious to eat and you know that you are eating healthily.

    As always, I love the presentation and nutritional information given by IQS in this new ebook. The recipes are well tested, so one can trust they work out and that dishes are nutritionally sound. I am not completely vegan, but do not eat dairy (it makes my breasts sore and gives me small pimples) or meat (for ethical reasons), and try to avoid gluten (it makes me fart). So if you are like me, you will need to read the footnotes on alternatives for these, which sometimes makes me feel "outside". Still, there are various vegan and gluten free recipes in this ebook, which need no adapting.

    Way to go IQS!! Thanks for reading the signs and listening to our wishes :-) I think many of us now are into ethical eating (more than nutrition) and want to eat well without animal suffering involved. I also feel much better when I don't eat dairy or gluten (or sugar, of course). I know from the IQS program that most of your recipes are well tested and taste delicious, so I was really looking for a set of recipes which combined this professionalism with veganism. Thanks a bunch <3
