    I love this book. I am so happy as I agree with everything Sarah is saying and doing .I am challenging myself to make ever single thing in the book. I have read it from cover to cover , turned down pages, made notes and delight in the fact that I know I will use this cookbook everyday.
    Well done Sarah , I think its your best ever...and I have all the other books as well. Keep it up ...AWESOME. You are my HERO

    Having completed the last 8 week program I am already on the healthy recipe trail. This book is a great resource of recipes for any occasion. In time I will be making Kombucha, Tumeric paste and everything in the book. I am recommending this to my friends to buy for Christmas presents.

    An amazing price for such a big book. Beautifully designed. Sarah is very inspirational. Love Sarah's hand written notes all over the book, makes it more personal and real. I have done IQS online 8 Week Programme and this is the perfect book to follow it. It reinforces what I learnt in case I forgot things (and I did).
    Oh! And the recipes look yum. Can't wait to try them. Read the book all the way on the train to home last night...
    PS: Sarah your editor was right I think the cover image was the right choice :) love the other one too, but the more casual one of your is real and worthy of the cover.

    Fantastic! Ripped open postage bag and sat down and read front to back in one sitting. Fantastic looking recipes, can't wait to get stuck into cooking and using some of those awesome tips.

    the book was delivered at home while I was away for 3 weeks, but then I found a copy in Target in Bendigo and couldn't resist. But as usual I have already gifted it to a friend who I stayed with. It is such a perfect gift. They think they are getting a cool cookbook, but they are getting a 'message' that I just couldn't verbalise and now it is up to them to make the change they needed to make.
    layout is so refreshing - like the IQS book...
    appeals to both the young new cooks and the boomers.. should be a text book... photos of every dish would be good.
