I love IQS. Not a big fan of ebooks, I prefer real books. Some recipes are similar to the IQS books. I bought most of the IQS ebooks and feel it was a good investment as there is additional information. I think the recipes are very versatile and you can swap, leave out and include ingredients you have or don't have. Thank you.

I am sure that meat lovers will really enjoy this book, however as I am semi vegetarian there are not enough vegetarian friendly recipes to make it a worthwhile purchase for a vegetarian or vegan.

We all love the IQS Slow cooker book, it makes life so much easier to be prepared especially now the winter months are coming and to be able to have healthy, nutritious and tasty meals on the table when you get home from work just takes the stress out of the night time routine. I haven't tried all the recipes as yet however looking forward to trying them. Thank you for a great book and I have really enjoyed all the IQS books that I have purchased. Keep up the great work.

Putting nutritious food on the table during the week is always a challenge when my arrival from work is not until close to 7pm. This book has been invaluable to making home cooked meals the norm.
I've loved my slow cooker for a number of years, but most recipes are either heavy on tinned tomatoes and/or sugar: not so with these. My fussy eaters are lapping up the simple and economical recipes, and I get the satisfaction of knowing that they're putting real food into growing bodies.
The cooking and storage hacks are the best. I've even made two of the stocks!

A great collection of no-fuss, nutritious recipes that taste great. I've been a slow-cooker fan for quite a while now - there's nothing better than coming home from work with a delicious aroma of home cooked food greeting you at the door, especially in winter when my slow-cooker is more often on the worktop than in the cupboard. Sarah's recipes are varied (which is quite an achievement for a slow cooker cookbook) and easy to prepare. I was already a massive IQS pulled pork fan and now am a fan of the Chinese beef cheeks and the char sui pork ribs. I've yet to explore the puds chapter, but I did enjoy my foray into breakfasts, particularly the activated cacao zoats. A few of the recipes are repeated from other IQS recipe books, but it's nice to have them in an electronic version now as well as the paper version.
Thanks for stacks of great recipes. I'm looking forward to continuing the slow cooker journey when the weather turns cooler again.

Really wanted this slow cooker book for a long time.
So far I have cooked the brownies, chicken and white bean soup, cinnamon beef cheeks and basic beef curry. I found the soup a bit strange because of the tomato paste which made the liquid red as if the chicken had bled. The beef cheeks were tough and I bought them from a meat emporium and the beef curry was indeed very basic - I don't rate curry powder.
So far I've only been impressed by the brownie, but there are a lot more recipes to try. I hope the other recipes are better.

Such a great time saver for busy full time workers!! As an (like to be) organised person, I can prepare the night before & have it on the table shortly after getting home from work. My bf laughs at my obsession with the mighty slow cooker but he doesn't laugh at the meals he sits down to!!!

I love the vast range of recipes in the book. Brekky, deserts, curries and your traditional stews.
I didnt even realise there was a brekky section when I brought it so i'm happy about that.
I have only made the Caveman brekky so far (only had the book a week) which is delish! I'm trying to figure out which meal to cook on the weekend lol ... lots to chose from!

I bought this in addition to the 8 week program, and am loving the variety of recipes. Sunday is now officially slow cooker night, and I love how Sarah includes some suggestions on how to make food stretch onto the next day. Very much worth it!
