At IQS, we’ve been bangin’ on about gelatin for quite a while now. (You can read more about why it's the healthiest thing for your gut here.)
First we brought you our Mini Book of Gut-Lovin’ Gummies. But we’ve been chomping on these for well over a year, so it’s high time we take it to the next level with this Mini Book of Gut-Lovin’ Desserts!
All 15 recipes are quick and easy to make, and most have only a handful of ingredients. But they’ll all make a showstopping, gut-lovin’ addition to any party or get-together! How do Jazzy Jaffa Cakes and “Watermelon” Gut Shots sound?
Gelatin comes from the super-nutritious bones, hides and connective tissues of animals. Gelatin is a fast and furious source of protein. It contains 18 amino acids, including essential and non-essential amino acids like glycine and proline, which are a pretty critical part of our diet.
